My heart will always be connected to my children. As a mother, I feel the deep, instinctive desire to nurture and protect my children. This mother’s heart is universal: it is the loving force that all mothers share, a deep bond that connects us to nature and our children.

The Fabel Newborn collection holds a special place in my heart — my mother’s heart. As my children grew older and I looked back on those very first moments, the beginning of our shared journey as mother and child, I felt the desire to tell that story and translate it into art. Stitch by stitch, the world of Fabel emerged: connections of fabric and thread, woven with love and patience. My dedication, intentions, and commitment come to life in circles and patterns of animals.

Today, the collection counts over 30 animals. From the Elephant to the Penguin, from the Monkey to the Giraffe, and from the Butterfly to the Bear — each animal has been brought to life stitch by stitch, and with its unique pattern forms part of the Fabel World. Every animal in the collection embodies values that inspire us: the Wolf symbolizes loyalty and freedom, the Bee collaboration and devotion, the Swan serenity and transformation.

In ancient cultures, choosing an animal for a newborn was a cherished tradition. As a symbol, as a totem, the animal travels with the child. On request, I am happy to design new animals and patterns to which someone feels a special connection. Together we create a personal gift for the newborn, enriched with embroidered details such as name and date.

Wrapped in devotion

We welcome our babies into the world with a swaddle, like an embrace of love and protection, soft and warm. The use of a swaddle is a timeless tradition that helps create a sense of security for newborns, reminding them of the safety of the womb. This not only helps babies sleep better, but also strengthens the bond between parents and child.

The Fabel swaddles carry this essence of the mother’s heart. The handmade embroidery patterns of animals that I have created over the past years have been translated into designs printed on the softest organic fabrics.
